We love this campground! It’s so clean and the staff is very friendly. They have immaculate laundry rooms and plenty of campwide activities from golf cart parades to Hawaiian parties. Clean pools and nice camp store.

The park is extremely clean and the pond is great for fishing for bucket mouths. This will be our third season here and we will be here for a long long time to come. There are grocery stores and also a Wal-Mart and Home Depot very nearby as well as the Racino gambling casino in Saratoga about 40 minutes away. What more could you ask for?

I rate this campground 5 stars and recommend it to all my friends!

  1. Staff were very rude and inconsiderate. I have a little boy, age 5, with muscular dystrophy and were given a hard time because he was riding around in a battery operated tractor. Since he can’t ride a bike, can’t run, and was not able to walk far, this is the best for him as it gives him some freedom. The staff didn’t care though and told us it was against the rules.

Another member of the staff, an older man in a golf cart, labeled ‘security’ harassed us constantly driving by our site. At one point he was tailgating my van in his cart and when I stopped he almost rear ended me, then drove up and was very rude stating I was speeding, which I was not. The speed limit in the park is 5 and my speedometer never said anything above 5-8mph.

I wrote management upon my arrival home and no one bothered to respond to me. Overall, I had a horrible experience…. never again!

  2. The only time to stay at this park is during the off season. There are many “seasonals” and many of them tend to be very inconsiderate. Children and adults ride bikes and use golf carts and completely disregard individuals trying to manuever cars and rvs. Sorry, but we prefer campgrounds with fewer amenities and more old-fashioned camper manners!
