Oxbow Estates RV Park – Payson, AZ
While the price here is cheap, you get what you pay for. Any amenity (and some basics) is an added fee (wifi, tv, showers, electricity). The park is clean but dusty, roads and spaces are not paved. The park is fairly noisey – a constant sounds of ATVs, barking dogs, and children fill the air, not to mention the cigarette smoke.
The park has "quiet hours" but since the neighbors aren’t bound by this, barking dogs from the surrounding area can often be heard well into the night and early morning hours. The overwhelming majority of the spaces are filled with permanent residents. We also had no cell phone reception and had to go into nearby Payson each day to check voice mail and make any calls since there is no phone hook-up at the spaces.
