Arizona High Country Campground is a really nice quiet small campground in the high country.
They have 32 full hookup site and a tent area. The owners are very nice and helpful. The campground is located about 16 miles west of Show Low, Arizona off of highway 260 on Sawmill Road in Clay Springs. They border the Apache Sitgreaves national forest, many ATV & jeep trails.
Amenities include: Restrooms, laundry, family room, 30-50 amp service, and propane refills. There is no pool or activities but it’s a real nice get-away. And the weather is great!

We have been at this campground for nearly a month. Sue and Mike are very friendly, helpful and keep the bathrooms, showers, laundry room (which has a small very quiet and comfortable) here. Ww will come back again and again.
This is a small park with a lot of tight turns and overgrown trees. Be very careful if you are over 26 ft. TOTAL length. Some hook-ups on wrong side of space. Nearest supplies and gas are almost 21 miles away. Definitly overpriced. Keep moving !
