This is a nice little campground less than 5 miles from I-95, exit 80, and located on a forested peninsula on the Bush River.
The staff and service were excellent. They were friendly and made us feel at home. The campground has paved roads and sites are comfortably large with concrete pads and fire rings. A good selection of the sites are right on the water and have beautiful water views. The facilities were a little outdated but clean well maintained. Amenities included a pool, a well stocked grocery store and gift shop, and access to fishing from your campsite of pier. You can also rent kayaks, paddle boards and canoes. Free Wi-Fi is also available.
Bar Harbor RV park is only about 30 minutes from Baltimore and there is lot’s to see and do in the immediate area. This is a great campground to relax (there are no planned activities) and spend a few days or a quick overnight if you’re traveling down I-95.
The views are amazing, however the sites are slightly cramped. Internet leaves a lot to be desired. The worst is the laundry facility the washers and dryers are rusty horrible is the word. The dryers for $2.00 a load doesn’t dry your clothes are left damp. So if your going for the view than this is the place, but that’s all…
