81 Palms RV Park was ok, but they do have poor WiFi.

It’s not quiet as advertised and owners not very friendly and don’t work with you if there is a problem.

This is worst place we ever stayed.

Amenities include laundry facility, outdoor heated pool, pet walking area, pull-thru sites, pool tables, book exchange, shuffleboard and horseshoes.

Crossroads RV Park – Mohave Valley, AZ

My husband and I spent the entire winter at Crossroads RV Park in Mohave Valley, Arizona.

Being away from town, the night sky is magnificent and being surrounded by mountains made for breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Yet, there are many attractions within short driving distances, such as Laughlin, Vegas, Lake Havasu and Oatman.

The park is under new ownership and has made many improvements. The roads are paved, the showers are clean and the clubhouse is really nice. With all the activities and social functions going on, it feels more like a close community than an rv park. The people made us feel very welcome. With promises of even more activities and renovations to come, we look forward to coming back in the fall.

Paradise Island RV Resort – Oakland Park, FL

We had a nice stay at this campground. Paradise Island RV Resort is centrally located and just off I-95 (and only a few miles from I-75), so you have easy access to all the nearby attractions and points of interest in the Fort Lauderdale/Miami area.

The campground is a little old but it is well maintained. Campsites are a bit tight if you have a large rv, but we managed OK. The facilities are clean and the people are friendly.

Amenities include a heated pool, two clubhouses, a game room, a fitness center and laundry.

We stayed here this winter and would return, if we head back to southern Florida.

Golden Coach RV Park is a fabulous campground. I tried to get in elsewhere and nothing fit my needs.

The campground is truly in the mountains, centrally located to all hiking, boating and small towns. There are great restaurants withing an easy drive. The golf courses are fabulous as are the fishing lakes.

I will go there again… it’s a must see!

West Gate is a cute little RV Park in Poolville Texas.

The new owner has begun improvements… the entryway is now paved, and roads through the park were recently re-done (nice chip seal) and the office/clubhouse looks new and nice.

We stayed here for only 2 nights on our way through the area, but the park and the people were all very nice… we would definitely come back.

We had a great time at Endless Summer RV Park meeting wonderful people!

They have lots of activities and the campground is close to many fun things to do. We rode our bikes to the beach and took a drive to see the alligators.

We couldn’t have asked for a nicer time!

Feather River RV and Mobile Home Park is a beautiful campground in a quiet setting.

There are lots of trees, my friends and I LOVE the heated pool. There are plenty of outdoor activities, and the owners are really nice. The bathrooms were clean!

My dog loved it here!

We had a wonderful time at this top 10 rated park. Moon River RV Resort is a small, quiet and friendly campground that is centrally located for all our needs.

They have a relaxed atmosphere with large sites, well maintained and extremely clean park-restrooms and the facilities are spotless. The staff was always helpful and attentive. There is good TV (29 clear channels), cell and wi-fi (free) reception, or you can get your own internet with local provider.

We are an active couple that likes to golf and we especially enjoyed the planned hikes and “exercise” walks to the river! Easy access in and out with our Razor. There is plenty of open space for our dogs to enjoy.

We highly recommend Moon River RV Resort and will be back.

Roamers Retreat Campground – Kinzers, PA

My wife and I decided to try winter camping at Roamers Retreat Campground in Kinzers Pennsylvania. They set us up on a nice lot with a porch and and fire ring. The short term lots are long for big RV’s and a car.

The owner gave us a lot of info and suggestions on winter camping. The lot was easy to get into and the view is great. There are stores and restaurants a mile down the road. The laundromat is clean and well kept along with the with wifi and books to read out on the bench table or inside. Our grandson likes the big pirate ship and swings then the camp fire and smores bought from the campground store.

We like it here!
