Creekwood Resort is the place to go if you are looking for a quite, clean, friendly place to park your RV when visiting Helen, GA and surrounding areas of the North Georgia Mountains. The campground is not very big, only 18 RV sites and several cabins, but sometimes you just want that small, intimate, family friendly atmosphere to kick back and relax.
The owners, Robert and Melissa are the best. They personally greet you when you arrive and escort you to your site and help you get your RV parked. Once settled in, Melissa will come back to your site and “check you in”.
This is our second stay with Robert and Melissa and it will NOT be our last. This visit, my husband became ill the morning we were to leave. They had our site rented for that afternoon, but Melissa worked with the folks coming in so that we didn’t have to move. Later that evening, when my husband decided he was able to drive, Robert helped him ready the RV and even pulled our tow trailer and hitched it to the RV.
I can’t say enough about the personal attention and friendly attitudes at Creekwood Resort. I highly recommend Creekwood Resort.

We stayed at Creekwood for a week and had a great time. The owners are very friendly and attentive to their guests. The campground is very well located to many of the places we wanted to visit, but far enough away from the towns so you didn’t feel crowded. Melissa and Rob were very helpful in locating fun activities for our family. We will definitely return!
