Campground and RV Park Reviews | RVBuddy

This is a great campground located on Fenwick Island (Selbyville) near Ocean City, Maryland. The park is big! … with over 1000 sites, many of which are located on the bay and waterfront, but only about 30 are available with full hookups.

There’s plenty of room for tenters, which is probably why the bathrooms are at capacity during the summer months. The campground has plenty to offer to keep kids busy, with a full schedule of events.

Amenities include a basketball court, lighted playground, a skateboard park, flea market and craft show (July), swimming pools, rec center and a very nice camp store.

The rates are a little high ($60-$80 for a full hookup with cable TV), but this is prime real estate and right on the Atlantic Ocean so the price is competitive with other campgrounds around.

We’ve stayed here several times over the past two years and plan on returning in the next few weeks. Can’t wait!

  1. I and my family stayed at this campground in July 2008. Fantastic place! The prices, $60 per night for the whole family is reasonable for the area. They have so much to offer and very close to the beach and Ocean City. The campground especially has a lot of activities for the children. They offer crafts and games, and even an overnight Camp Out, which my boys absolutely loved. What’s best is that it is all free for the kids! There isn’t any fee for the children activities. We couldn’t believe it! They even had a Parent’s Night Out on Friday Night, so my wife and I had a little time for ourselves. They charged $5 per child for the whole night — not per hour! My boys keep asking us when are we going back to the beach? If you are thinking of heading for the Maryland/Delaware Resort area this is the place to go!

  2. I’ve stayed at this campground several times —This is a GREAT place! You can’t beat the location! It’s close to Ocean City, only a mile from the ocean beaches and right on the bay. Beautiful views!

There is lots to do and they offer many amenities. The bathrooms are old but clean.

The prices ($60-$80 per night) are reasonable considering the resort area. It beats the $400 per night hotel fees! Their prices are very competitive and a little cheaper than the camparable area campgrounds. I have reservations for next season!
