Rainbow Lake Campground and RV Park – Rexburg, ID

1

This is a great campground to stop at when you’re headed to Yellowstone. The park is clean, quiet and well maintained. The sites are a little on the small side but not bad for an overnight stop.

The entire campground is grass with a few trees here and there. Sites and interior roads are gravel. The campground owners (an older couple) are very sociable and go out of their way to answer your questions. The husband guided us to our campsite and helped us back in. The property is located on a small lake and you can fish for rainbow trout.

We stayed here for 6 nights April 2012. Park is clean, well maintained, laundry/showers/restrooms all clean as well. Large spaces with plenty of room. We would definitely stay here next time through. Easy access to Yellowstone, Teton National Park, Saint Anthony Dunes for ATV Riding. Rexburg offers anything you might need or about 20 miles down the road Idaho Falls. Yellowstone Bear World is just a few minutes away although was not open while we were here. Next time we will schedule our visit for a little later in the year. Great prices also!
