Indian Point RV Park – Eddyville, KY

My family LOVED Indian Point RV Park. Being a family owned and operated park, the owners were understandably busy and could not personally escort us to our site, but they made every effort to help us with any questions.

The campground was well maintained, the facilities were checked frequently, the amenities were just as described, and we agreed with the ratings given by our camping guides.  The state prison wasn’t an issue, as most parks in that area are close by, and the permanent campers are friendly and helpful as well.

I’m not sure what park the previous posters stayed at, but our expectations were completely met here.

The first nite we stayed there it was a little noisy at nite with the golf carts but that’s part of it… This is a place where people come to have fun. It’s not a rest home. It’s a fun place for the kids. My boys love getting into the pool and the people there are friendly. You just have to give them a chance. I’m trying to talk my husband into buying a place there. The showers and bathrooms are always clean. It’s a campground people it’s not the Ramada Inn. The owners do a great job. I love camping there and hope to become a permanent spot owner soon!
